Our 2025 community call for proposals — for ShowCase Poster sessions — was open from February 27 to April 11, 2025. Call for proposals for ComNet26 will open in early winter 2026.
ShowCase Poster sessions provide attendees an opportunity to learn directly from peers through nearly 100 comms for good case studies from across the field and across a range of issues.
ShowCase Poster sessions are an opportunity to highlight your work and share key learnings and takeaways.
ShowCase Poster session as are a chance for attendees to dig deeper and learn directly from colleagues about their recent real world comms for good experiences — what worked, and what didn’t — across the country and across issues.

*Please note that all presenters will need to register for the conference — a presenter discount is not applicable*
This is the only call for proposals for ComNet25. If you want to participate in ComNet25, we strongly recommend you submit a poster -- we are unfortunately not able to accept other forms of submissions. If you have another idea, you can share that here.
