Real-time ASL interpreters and CART captioning for keynotes on dedicated screens in the main ballroom
The option to watch all keynotes virtually
We have prepped the hotel staff of all allergies and dietary preferences. If the buffet doesn’t meet your needs, please talk to a hotel staff member to get your needed meal
Hand sanitizer at the registration desk and in the meal room
ADA-compliant buses going to and from the Welcome Reception
Gender inclusive restroom at the Hyatt Regency
Hotel provided private lactation room, with fridge access = speak to the front desk or bellhop to gain access
Learning Lab and Case Study takeaways online in advance
ShowCase Session materials shared out post-conference
On request, we can have ready for you:
A quiet, low-stim space away from the main activities
Wheelchair access/ramps
Reserved/extra seating
We ask that those who smoke cigarettes and use tobacco vape pens must do so outdoors at least 200 feet away from the venue entrance.
